Jewellery is handmade so please take care.

• All necklaces are made from plated metals. To keep them looking their best please avoid contact with water, perfumes and other liquids.
• To clean the pendant section of your necklace you can use cool water and a cloth/lint-free tissue to wipe it down. After this make sure to fully dry it. 
• Do not store in direct sunlight as this may cause slight discolouration of the necklace.

• Vintage Stamp Necklaces will be made, processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
• Customisable Necklaces: Due to products being custom and made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to made and processed.
• Prints will be dispatched within 5 working days.
• You will be notified once your item is dispatched.

Necklaces, Keyrings and Prints

UK:

• All items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery time from dispatch is usually 2-3 working days.

(Please note it could take longer if Royal Mail experience delays. You will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel along its journey and check for updates.)

US Shipping Update -September 2025:

Due to new tariff updates, there will be a slight increase in shipping prices for US customers as they now include customs and handling fees. 

International:

• All items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service.

International Taxes, Customs and Duties:

• We are NOT responsible for any additional fees you may be charged.
• International shipments may be subject to fees upon delivery. If you decline the package or fail to pay the fees, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.

Irie Collective

When purchasing from one of the brands from "Irie Collective", your order will be made, fulfilled and shipped directly from that brand. Shipping prices are dependant on the brand and the products. The final amount will be displayed at the checkout.
