Necklaces, Keyrings and Prints

UK:

• All items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery time from dispatch is usually 2-3 working days.

(Please note it could take longer if Royal Mail experience delays. You will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel along its journey and check for updates.)

International:

• All items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service.

International Taxes, Customs and Duties:

• We are NOT responsible for any additional fees you may be charged.
• International shipments may be subject to fees upon delivery. If you decline the package or fail to pay the fees, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.

Due to items being custom and made to order we do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order or it arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital Download- no physical item will be shipped. You will receive the digital files in an email. Just download and print whenever you like!
Download will include:
- A4 JPG and PDF (300 DPI)
- A3 JPG and PDF (300 DPI)
